The Rehab Exercises section contains self-guided programs for ~30 common orthopedic conditions. Each condition offers beginning, intermediate, and advanced sections of exercise videos. Simply start at the beginning and work your way through the exercises. The membership offers guidance in how many exercises to perform each day or each week, and how many repetitions and sets to perform. The fitness section works the exact same way, except it focuses on strength and mobility exercises for each joint.

  • Feel free to contact Staton with any questions you may have about the membership. If you have specific questions regarding exercise selection, technique, pain, sets/reps, etc., consider if you may be a better candidate for 1-1 remote or in-person services.
